At Laforo Iron foundry, every step of our process is designed, optimized and monitored to insure the highest level of quality from metallurgical characteristics and purity of iron to final soundness of castings. Our numerous years of experience in metallurgy and in the art or risering and gating are well known in the industry due to the ease of machining and a very low reject rate of our castings.

We pour iron castings made of gray, ductile, ADI or Ni Hard Iron, from 5 to 80 lbs and up to 17’’x 22’’x 10’’, using horizontal Sinto machines which really ease balancing operation on rotating components. We also use Isocure and shell core process to produce cores used to produce complex castings.

We can also assist you in your casting design, project management, and submit Level 3 PPAP for casting approval.
